Welcome to MileTallyPro. By accessing or using our app and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using MileTallyPro, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to enter into these Terms to use our Service.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and all activity under your account.

4. Service Description

MileTallyPro provides mileage tracking, trip logging, and report generation tools for users to monitor and claim mileage expenses.

5. User Obligations

You agree to use the Service lawfully and provide accurate information. You must not misuse the Service or interfere with its operation.

6. Fees and Payment

If applicable, you agree to pay subscription or service fees as outlined on the MileTallyPro website or app. Refund policies, billing cycles, and payment terms are described separately. Should you choose to pay the one-off annual subscription fee of £35.88, you acknowledge and agree that after the statutory cooling-off period required by applicable consumer protection laws (14 days in the UK), you will not be entitled to any refund if you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of the annual term. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused months of an annual subscription once the cooling-off period has passed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and branding related to MileTallyPro are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of MileTallyPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

MileTallyPro is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms. We will notify you of significant updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UK.
