MileTallyPro offers subscription plans as outlined on our website and app. Payments are processed in advance for the selected billing period, either monthly or annual.
Due to the digital nature of our Service, refunds are generally not offered once a subscription period has started. Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
Monthly subscription plans can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not be billed for future months, and no refunds will be issued for the current month’s payment once it has started.
If you purchase an annual subscription (£35.88) and decide to cancel:
By purchasing an annual subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy after the cooling-off period.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge by emailing: office@miletallypro.co.uk. Include your account details, payment reference, and a description of the issue.
Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within 7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible, though additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
